Master Jingxin was born on July 20, 1971 in Jiaohe City of Jilin Province.
He finished primary and secondary courses from September 1980 to July 1988.
He worked in Yingan colliery of Hunchun Mineral Bureau from May 1990 to May 1994.
He entered in the religion in June 1994 in Xiamen Huxiyan Temple.
He studied in Minnan Buddhist Institute from March 1995 to December 1998.
He stayed in the office to be an officer from January 1999 to September 2000.
He served as the head teacher of the Eighth undergraduate class from September 2000 to July 2003.
In March 2003, he was the general whip of Minnan Buddhist Institute.
He became the successor (who receives the cassock and almsbowl) of Nanputuo Temple from April 1999 to February 2001.
He served as the Guest Prefect of Nanputuo Temple from February 2001 to 2003.
He became the successor again of Nanputuo Temple from February 2002 to 2003.
He was appointed as the Guest Prefect and the successor of Nanputuo Temple in 2004.

He took the position of the vice temple superintendent and the successor of Nanputuo Temple and also the chief of office of Minnan Buddhist Institute since February 2005.

From 2006 to 2008, he continued to be the vice temple superintendent of Nanputuo Temple and the chief of office of Minnan Buddhist Institute.

From March 2008 to February 2011, he served as the vice temple superintendent and the Guest Prefect of Nanputuo Temple, the assistant of Minnan Buddhist Institute’s president and the chief of office.

In February 2011, he was the vice temple superintendent and the Guest Prefect of Nanputuo Temple, the vice president and the chief of office of Minnan Buddhist Institute.

In February 2012, he was appointed as the hall head of Nanputuo Temple, the vice president and the dean of Minnan Buddhist Institute.
